The Binder in HydroShare and this Github repo should work, but the Notebooks are not streamlined. For example,

# comment this out if this update is not needed

!conda update -y numpy

from IPython.display import display_html

display_html("<script>Jupyter.notebook.kernel.restart()</script>",raw=True)
