manual integration into dockerfile

Product: should the dockerfile live in both places ?? check that it aligns with Readme.md that included Binder.

Updates needed to new version HydroShare resource (since publication) and publication Github Repo

Product: Updated version of Notebooks needed

Reproducible model ‘best practices’ to describe steps for authors and manage expectations/provide directions for how a hydroshare user should communicate about software requests, and should expect for software updates. These instructions can be tested with the UW SUMMA team for current project work (date?)

Product: Readme.md that includes Binder.
