Give a brief about the bug ✍️

There's a issue in hovering over the navbar , It is shifting its neighboring elements

What is the expected behavior? 🤔

It should not effect the other element while hovering on any navbar element , but this can be solve by removing the scale effect and adding another effect in place of it

Provide step by step information to reproduce the bug 📄

  1. Go to the site
  2. Hover the cursor over the navbar element
  3. There u can see that navbar elements are effecting the other elements while hovering on any link
