[New Feature]: add a chatbot for 24/7 Customer Support

feature logic and basic description
Logic:

Develop a comprehensive knowledge base with information on game mechanics, common questions, and educational content.
Implement natural language processing (NLP) to understand and interpret user queries effectively.
Match user queries to the relevant sections of the knowledge base for immediate responses.
Description:
When a player asks a question, such as how to match specific pictures or the scientific principle behind a certain game level, the chatbot uses NLP to understand the query. It then retrieves the relevant information from the knowledge base and provides a detailed yet concise answer, ensuring players get immediate help without waiting for a human agent. For example, if a player asks, "How do I solve this matching puzzle?" the chatbot might respond with, "To solve the matching puzzle, look for pictures that demonstrate Newton's third law of motion.
