🎮 feature Request

feature logic and basic description:

Currently, there is no scroll to top button present on the website, which makes navigation a bit cumbersome, especially when users need to return to the top of a lengthy page.
Though it may seem minor, the absence of this feature can impact the overall usability and performance of the website.

Point down the features

feature points:

Visibility Toggle: The button appears only when the user scrolls down a certain distance from the top of the page. This ensures that it doesn't obstruct the view unnecessarily but is readily available when needed.

Smooth Scrolling: Clicking on the button triggers a smooth scroll animation, ensuring a seamless transition back to the top of the page, rather than a sudden jump.
