I have a similar issue where the tree is so large horizontally, that the labels merge. However, the quick fix to increase the width does not work anymore, size is constrained probably at d3 level. Can we have some fix for this? Maybe add a zoomable/expandable tree feature?

I'll take another look into it. In the mean time, do you have an example tree or picture of the tree so I can try and better troubleshoot the problem? Thanks!
