Pretty sure HEROKU_APP_NAME should have a $ dollar sign here?

To Reproduce
Simply try to deploy using the latest orb and you should get the following output:
remote: ! No such app as HEROKU_APP_NAME. fatal: repository 'https://git.heroku.com/HEROKU_APP_NAME.git/' not found
Expected behavior
Upgraded from 1.2.6 and things were humming along fine there?
