Choosing 1st option at a time

Describe the bug

when choosing an option it should disable other options
and if the option is wrong we can show the correct options

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://learn.circuitverse.org/docs/seq-lsi/microprocessors.html
2. Choose all options
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
