Brief description of the bug

manually inserting an account number + pin into an ATM while wearing an ID will open your own account.

What you expected to happen

Typing the account number and pin in an ATM should open the account associated with the account number

What actually happened

It opened my personal account.

Steps to reproduce

• Playing Facility Director, go to an ATM.
• Check notes to learn the account number and pin for the command account
• Copy command account number and pin into relevant slots
• Hit enter
