Hair Duplication

Brief description of the bug

When manually going through hair with the arrows from around S to T, a hair style gets stuck and is now overlaid permenantly not only on the active character slot, but all character slots.
This was done with a Promethean, unknown if it affects other races.
Reconnecting did not fix this.

What you expected to happen

Hair does not stack.

What actually happened

Hair stacked and also is now Everywhere.

Steps to reproduce

• Select Promethean
• Start from Parted in hair selection
• Use the arrows to keep going all the way to Supernova
• You should now have multiple hairs selected and unable to be removed
• (Optional) Selecting another slot or reloading the bugged slot will show that it applies no matter what
• (Optional) Selecting Bald does not remove the bugged hair

• Also some hairs straight up did not render while going through the hair list but I dont think that's related to this so
