Quite simple really, but would let loads of other plugins hook this without even knowing!
Basically, wizards get the option to make the player get a permission node, execute a command then lose that node again, maybe after a certain amount of configurable time.
The example I thought of for it would be a banking plugin, say you had a command "/bank open" which would open your bank inventory. The wizard would give the node and open the bank upon right click, making a "banker" wizard. Of course, there are loads of other similar things you could do - that was just my idea :P
