As the city of Detroit
I want the Detroit Home Connect portal to have the latest analytics tracking
So that I can continue to analyze web traffic

Acceptance Criteria

  • When I am on every page on the Detroit Home Connect, I should see the new GA4 tracking snippet in the head instead of the old one
  • When I go to the new GA4 property, I should be able to see the new traffic

Notes

  • We will need to get the snippet from the Detroit IT team
  • Do we have a staging set up?
  • We should probably do HBA first to get learnings out of the way
