Home page is not refreshing with data changes

We have a caching bug on Detroit with the homepage - looks like the homepage is not setup as a route to refresh on partners change. The situation I ran into was that there is currently on the detroit dev homepage one listing that is coming soon. I wanted to add another one, but when I did it didn’t appear on the homepage, while it does appear on the listing directory. I tried changing the image of the listing that does appear on the homepage, and that image does not show up on the homepage but it does in the directory (changed listing titled Cabin). There is outdated information on the homepage between builds.

We likely need a similar caching strategy for what we're doing on the listing directory page, since there is basically a mini directory on the home page. Could result in worse SEO tho?
