Lottery date does not show on listings

In Detroit in partners, you can add a lottery date to a listing, but it will never show on the public site. We should drop the field from Detroit partners.

Additional Detail?:
Recent pull from Detroit Prod shows zero listings are set to Lottery and therefore, none utilize the Lottery Date or Time fields

Design Asset Required?
Removing this field should't require a design asset, so long as the same spacing criteria as the rest of the form is kept consistent
