Site Defaults to Arabic

Our partners in Detroit noticed that the site defaults to Arabic when you go to the landing page rather than English. I was able to replicate this issue. This is a medium priority request :large_yellow_circle:.

Update: It was resolved by clearing cache, rebuilding and deploying via netlify. However, this issue keeps popping up every so often so an investigation should occur to see if there is a sustainable fix to this.
