Plan:

Use coingecko API to fetch relevant token data:
- Price
- Logo
- Website (?)
- Etc.
Create an Admin interface to triage NEP17 contracts and relate them to a specific Coingecko token ID.
Retrieve coingecko pricings from time to time
Create new dora endpoints that will return token data.
Create new dora endpoints that returns a timeline of prices of a token
