We've cut here a transcript of our internal slack conversation showing that Product Owner was appointed at 4:03 on Thursday June 25th (see quoted text below.)
[2:58 PM]__henry.poole_:__We need to follow this.
_
[2:59 PM]__henry.poole_:__I'll be back out of airports in the am.
_
[3:50 PM]pava:_ We added a column for the Playbook and card/checklist for each of the Plays. https://trello.com/b/IlUoml5c/nebula (edited)
_
[3:51 PM]__pava_:__Please document a note on the cards (and check-off) as you do tasks that fit the criteria.
_
[4:02 PM]luke:_Â @pava: Kind of cool seeing it that way.
_
[4:03 PM]grugnog:_Â @channel:
A couple of quick notes on decisions - we designated @rob.read as product owner. Tomorrow plan is to prioritize/estimate/split etc the user stories, and then have a design studio session, where we can each wireframe how we "see" the main interface, and arrive at a shared picture of what we are building. Then, multiple tracks of wireframing/design (which is probably the critical path for tomorrow) as well as technical research and setting up some infrastructure (automated testing etc).
_
[4:05 PM]__grugnog_:__With the playbook - please add comments to the cards noting (a), how we can fulfill each/several checkbox, and (b) how we can demonstrate that
_
[4:06 PM]__grugnog_:__Great progress today folks

[6:10 PM]grugnog:_ It looks like both the AHRQ data and the Adverse drug reports data moth share a national drug code (NDC), which I think should be a reliable way to line them up.  The NPC code is documented at https://open.fda.gov/api/reference/#ndc and master database is available from http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/InformationOnDrugs/ucm142438.htm
