Results Viewer Updates

• Make buttons on results to update correct, incorrect, notes flag (and source id), should write to MongoDB, notes will pop-up a modal so user can enter comments.
• Graceful display when no results.
• Show count of matching patients next to 'PhenotypeTitle', e.g. Prostate Patients (49)
• Download CSV on the same page as viewing Features/Cohort table view
• Add routing, so you can call /run /results directly (this one will probably take some rework on React components) from the browser
• Ability to search and/or sort Features/Cohort table view (least important one). I am using this component. If there's a better one, feel free to update. Just keep in mind that both columns and rows are dynamic.
• Add paging or continuous scroll on main jobs page. Make sure search still works.
