Woo purple needs to be changed to CC green

Describe the bug
Some messages appearing in the dashboard still have the WC purple as the left border. Also shipping zones page still has purple theme.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to dashboard
2. Click on status in the Commerce sub menu
3. See system report message

Expected behavior
Colour should be CC green throughout.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Classic Commerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default ClassicPress theme active.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
