Document drain logs with OVH Data Logs Platform and newly added sd-parameters in clever-tools.

Commands to run :

For an add-on

clever drain create TCPSyslog tcp://<host>.ovh.com:514 -addon <addon_id> --sd-params="X-OVH-TOKEN=\"<jeton>\""

For an app

clever drain create TCPSyslog tcp://<host>.ovh.com:514 -a <app-alias> --sd-params="X-OVH-TOKEN=\"<jeton>\""

When: As soon as this clever-tools PR is merged into production.
