So the situation is:
CoordinatorLayout > AppBarLayout > Toolbar(1 child) + ConstraintLayout(2 child) is OK, works as intended
CoordinatorLayout > AppBarLayout > Toolbar(1 child) + ConstraintLayout(2 child) > any child of ConstraintLayout is BAD, blurs and not highlighted
