Add more spiders and API wrappers

Check out the list of sites we want to scrape here, add your name under the "scaper owner" column, and create a scraper for the site. Determine if a site has an API (internal or external) that we can use first and use that if possible. If your site requires new functionality that doesn't exist in the core code and could be useful in the future, try to implement it in a reusable way and add it to the core code.
