how about a custom property feature implementation

currently there's a custom property impl in ClosedXML but actually it's custom file property, what we want is real custom property support, in VSTO, it's in worksheet.CustomProperties

we're using 0.102.2, I read the latest 2 releases' notes and this feature is not included.
