large xmlrpc.log

Describe the bug
my server was running out of space, exploring through ncdu I found that xmlrpc.log was 1.4 Tb

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. cd /opt/rutorrent/log/rtorrent
2. ls -lah

➜  rtorrent ls -lah
total 1.4T
drwxrwxr-x 2 seed seed 4.0K Oct  8  2019 .
drwxrwxr-x 6 seed seed 4.0K Apr 22 02:00 ..
-rwxrwxr-x 1 seed seed 291M Apr 22 15:22 execute.log
-rwxrwxr-x 1 seed seed  275 Oct  8  2019 rtorrent.log
-rwxrwxr-x 1 seed seed 1.4T Apr 22 15:22 xmlrpc.log

Expected behavior
I would hope that the logs would get rotated
