Utiliser github action, terraform et Vault pour automatiser:

La création d'un répertoire git pour un site web client
La création des secrets pour accéder au répertoire (git-sync) et pour le mot de passe initial
Le déploiement sur Kubernetes

L'ensemble de ces étapes se traduit par la création de fichiers (PR) sur le répertoire Plateforme-Cedille puisque tout est GitOps
