Feature Request

The plan is to offer colrev retrieve and colrev pdfsas high-level operations (calling search/load/prep/dedupe and pdf-get/pdf-prep respectively). This simplifies the main commands for users, aligns with the status overview and the steps suggested in the methodological literature.

The instructions also need to be updated.
