ExtJS4 asset example - no vertical scroll for a asset detail panel in the right side

When you resize your window to make it small it is expected that a vertical scrollbar appears for a form so you can see its every field. While this form doesn't have a lot of fields so it looks well on large screens, some forms may have much more fields and thus a vertical scroll, 'overflow-y' is required.
