[GUI] Arrange Workers into a inline/flow layout

As a worker-box is pretty high and narrow, the list becomes very narrow and long, creating the need to scroll even thought 90% of screen real estate is unused. If it is possible, I suggest making the boxes align horizontally and jump to a new row only when horizontal space ends. But no horizontal scrolling, just vertical.
