Add algorithm.md for Naive Pattern Searching algorithm

Structure:

• Pattern Matching (dir)
  • Naive pattern searching (dir)
    • algorithm.md (file)

Expectations from the markdown file:

• Should explain the algorithm in 3 - 4 lines
• Should have added steps for the algorithm in proper format
