Let's prepare a proposed schedule and events for this session/year
add courses, hackathons, project fairs, meetups and events.

Preparing a rough schedule will not only help the team stick to a guideline and ideology but also will involve more of the audiences as they will have a pre-notice of the event coming.

How will we do that?

• Google Calendar
• and a photo kind of calendar - how we used to get in the schools.

When?

Prepare a calendar from events proposed in #14 #18 - and publish the same in the Orientation #13 or year-launch day

I guess we can work in this after we are sorted with mentioned issues, and for offline events talked to college authorities?

Let's finalize upcoming events/courses etc and do this by 30th june.

Then we can talk to college authorities & start working on orientation preparation/ kickstarting event.

I think we have to wait for this part. First, we have to elect some team members so we have more peoples to discuss regarding projects and courses.

I am expecting a Google Calendar (codedocs) and a image calendar

We prepared a calender earlier, but final one will be prepared according to when are we starting classes. (After getting some responses)
After that we'll also prepare image one
