As a user, I want to see

On the report page, see how many other reports exist for a given Authority, Officer, Company and Applicant
Be able to click on their name so I get a list of the other reports by that Authority, Officer, Company or Applicant
See a global ranking of the most common Authority, Officer, Company and Applicant, optionally filterable by province.

Awesome idea. Was thinking of doing better faceted search queries.
