No confirmation pop-up about creating a document after clicking 'Utwórz dokument'.

Subject of the issue:

After properly filling in the form fields and clicking 'Utwórz dokument', there's no message that the document was created (or it failed).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Fill in each and every field in the form with valid input.
2. On the last section 'Zespół', click 'Utwórz dokument'.

Actual behavior:

There's no action from the application, no pop-up informing user that creating the document was successful.

Expected behavior:

Message 'Dokument został utworzony/Utworzono dokument' (sth like that ;)) pops-up.
