Store a easy shapefile in a spacial database

An easy dataset is the Oahu Parks shapefile in the drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/2/folders/0B4v5RYLpNaz8bUF5ZmstM0FpMGs

I added organizations w/ a sample organization query.
Will be adding a sample feature query once the importers are complete.

I added the following:

  • Sample importer script to pull in the Parks data into a "features" collection (collection should be renamed) See: 5fce2e7
  • Commands to create a spatial index on said "features" collection See: 3b3699b
  • Sample commands to pull "features" collection data based on a lat/lng. See: 3b3699b

I am closing this as the POC for the backend query should be complete.
