• When the table is big enough, the horizontal scroll bar can only be accessed after you go down using vertical scroll bar.
• On going down you stop seeing the header of the table which is important to see after you scroll
• On scrolling using horizontal scroll bar the problems column should also be seen
• The save button and "Change for all contest developers" dropdown menu is not shown, until you use vertical scroll bar, it should be seen everytime
