Hi, I'm seeing a "bug" where I created some problems in polygon that I can't edit anything in them.

When I try to click in start, it doesn't redirect me to the problem to be edited. Because of that, I can't even delete these problems from my list given the problem ID.

Is this a commom problem or is there a way to delete the problem without clicking in start?
