API addSolution adds it with java17 that doesn't exist #530

I've added solution with .java extension using API not specifying sourceType, it autodetected as java17.

But there is no way to edit it, and add solution using java17, seems it doesn't fully exist.

I've checked now, it's the same issue, but java21 instead of java17
