- Remove Fabric placeholder information - Add actual mod information where available - Fix wrong mod version number

Note that this also bumps the mod version to 1.2.1 since it's a patch, but that can be changed if you don't want it to be versioned like that. |

I'm not sure if you wanted the mod to be licensed as public domain since you didn't select a license on GitHub, so I removed that from the metadata. I can add it back if it was intentional. Related to #25.
