Outdated keyboard shortcut tooltip and documentation

The documentation is saying that there are some keyboard shortcuts, but none of them work.

The tooltip on a Kata button has invalid shorcuts as well.

The only keyboard shortcut that works is Ctrl+S

All of the shortcuts still work fine for me on Mac Chrome. What browser/OS are you using and what plugins do you have installed?

Chrome 47.0.2526.73 m (64-bit)
Windows 10 Pro Version 1511, OS Build 10.586.14 (64-bit)

Same behavior with all extensions disabled. (Also in incognito mode)
I might have updated Chrome 2 or more times since then and it still doesn't work.

Same behavior on Firefox 41.0.2 with no extensions installed.

I tried to change the keyboard layout to English (US) and Portuguese (BR ABNT), nothing works except Ctrl + S.

Ctrl + S shortcuts are still working, it is as if there were something checking if (windows) { ctrl-s-shortcuts(); }.

But I think I had this problem on Ubuntu as well, I can test it on Monday.

The keyboard shortcut only worked on OS X until recently (didn't have the Ctrl equivalent). It should be fixed now. I'll update the docs soon.
