separate projects in separate windows in one session?

Currently for one single install on a server, when we open multiple windows, we get, in all the windows, the same projects, in the left panel, and the same file tabs, in the main display area. All this for a particular session.
Is it possible to get different projects in different windows and get different files to edit?

Basically, I would like to open a window with codiad and tell programatically what project and files to open for this window location (url).

Does it make sense?
