Having the same issue. Directus versions are the same (10.5.3), target is a newly created empty Directus instance with no data models.

The data models seem to be migrated though. Also, after a second run the log says "no schema diff found".

Also have the same error. But as far as I can see, the scheme was migrated correctly.

Edit: The issue seems to be that the applyDiff function does not return the expected value, even when the migration is successful.

I notice same issue, I think because Directus return status for applying the schema is 204 No Content
