I'd like to be able to run a more modern version of python than is currently available. I'm running on the UChicago AF, and the only one available there is 3.8. I regularly am using features from 3.9 and 3.10 in my code. It would be nice to be able to select other containers.
If this is a Chicago AF feature, then I can take it up there. But given how dask containers and your jupyter container have to match, this feels like it might be deeper than a per-site feature.
Priority level: not really important yet. I've backported the code I need for now.
