Adding schema compatibility to the connector

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If the connector processes a record with incompatible schema it will send the record to DQL. This leads to data loss and it does not provide flexibility to change message schema over time.

Describe the solution you'd like
Schema compatibility can be introduced to detect incompatible schema changes and drop them if the change is not compatible with the policy.
