The release that nobody knew was coming! A healthy amount of Audio fixes, case-insensitive [p]selfrole and more cool things are all there. However dull it is to you, I am most excited about the new changelog format! Look at how nice and clean it is:

The first release since last year (2021), that surely must count for something? Seems like this is the 18th release with me as the release manager, are we getting close to something special? I should probably talk about the release, right? Yeah, let's talk about the release...
This is the one where we managed to survive without a Lavalink update for 6 months! And the one where we really focused on the little things in the documentation that everyone had to ask about in #support. Okay, enough about the release, can we talk about this business cat (source):

Look at that tie! Okay, okay, I think that's enough, let's just click that Publish release button already...

Robot tried its best but nobody's perfect. This is the one fixing an issue with a backport of a PR that added invite URL API.

Does anyone read these? Happy New Year('s Eve)!
This is the one that adds CLI options for non-interactive usage of redbot-setup, adds some APIs for bot invite URL, and finally adds docs for Raspberry Pi OS 11! There's obviously a lot more but it's probably too boring to be featured (but the changes are great, there's just no wow effect here :))... You can read the changelog and check for yourself!

The one with a fix for the Last Modified At field in Modlog cases and some cool changes to the install guides. We support more RHEL derivatives now!

The first one with Python 3.9 support, as well as a very cool and new [p]diagnoseissues command. There's more cool stuff that I'm too lazy to list so just read the changelog!

Global API discontinued, local cache enabled by default, and some small commits to make the release a bit more interesting for non-Audio people.

Just discord.py bump because of a crash related to stickers. Oh, we kinda switched from cogboard.red to cogboard.discord.red.
Yep, that's it. The bigger part of the release's diff is the changelog itself:

The one where I convinced Kowlin to drop PM2 support ;)
But generally, A LOT of new cog guides (we're pretty much finished at this point!), MANY bug fixes, and some smaller enhancements.
