iOS App: Fonts: unable to use fonts with multiple typefaces

Describe the Bug

I can't select fonts which have multiple typefaces, no matter whether they are custom or system fonts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a file with some text
2. Select some text
3. Go to "Home"
4. Click on the font picker button
5. Select a font which has an > beside it. These are fonts with different variants
6. Select any of the variants

Expected Behavior

I expect the font I selected to be used

Actual Behavior

The font does not change

We can set the font of some text to any installed font, including those that come from the App Store.

However, when we select a font that has multiple variants, selecting a variant does not change the font

Additional comments

I'm not sure why you can select different font variants. It seems like versions such as the "bold" version should be chosen between depending on whether your text is bold
