Sound distortion on toshiba tv

Sound distortion on Toshiba tv which sounds like a constant machine gun sound. Distortion is present on main screen and on games in both cores on sd card or colecovision carts

I'm also seeing exact same issue with Sony Playstation 3D Display CECH-ZED1U. I'm running latest Coleco and 2600 cores.

I should also mention:
Sony 65W850A - 'Unsupported signal' message on TV
Vizio E24-C1 - Works perfectly

So it's not just me and it's not just this model of Toshiba. Hopefully it's addressed in a Phoenix update

I also have a Toshiba TV and get the same sound distortion. My Toshiba TV info:

I cannot get the Phoenix to display at all on my Vizio E421VA from 2010 (invalid format).
