Teriyaki sauce;
Equal parts honey and soy sauce, a garlic clove(minced for best flavour, or garlic powder), sesame seeds. Doesn't matter if it's boiled or fried, considering that irl you have to use a low heat and a bit of water to prevent it from bubbling and burning anyways.
This is just one version of the recipe, I sadly don't know any others. This can be used for many foods ranging from jerky/smoked meats to stirfry, yakisoba, chumaki and so on.
