SpotifyPlus

An open and hackable version of the Spotify desktop client. OS X only for now.

Features

Functions

  • Developer mode enabled. Activates Fn+F5 reload shortcut.
  • Employee features enabled (Search proxy, development apps)

Interface

  • Removed unnecessary "Devices Available" label from Player connect button.

Feel free to submit any features you come up with :)

Installation

Download the app from the releases page.

Development

  1. $ git clone https://github.com/Colton/SpotifyPlus
  2. $ sh setup.sh
  3. Source code will be at /Source. The app will be in /Products
  4. $ sh build.sh to build.

P.S. install.sh can be used to easily install the app to your applications folder whenever you're done hacking on it.

Please do not submit a PR that bypasses or infringes the Premium-only features of Spotify.
