These features seem to be broken or not working properly:

Assign Audio Role doesn't revert back to default. Every new import is assigned to the text-to-speech Audio Role.
add Captions seems to be broken. No captions are added. Does it require a certain Caption-setup?
"add to Notes field after Import" seems broken. Nothing is added.
