I have a fairly complex timeline with some motionVFX templates, compound clips, various blend modes, etc.
Rendering at ProRes 444 in Final Cut Pro 10.5.4 looks every so slightly different in Final Cut Pro 10.6.
By way of example, if I put the ProRes 444 files on top of each other and apply a difference blend mode, I get this (which should be completely pure black, but it's not):
