feature request: manual backup of one container.

When I am doing work on editing a container, I would like to option to just manually back up that one container alone and not backup the entire docker.

It would be cool if something like that was added.

Or just a select system for the manual backup. So select all the apps you wish you manually backup with a select all function. That would be cool.
